There is some staining along the bottom of the catalog and some on the covers. There are two small but noticeable tears along the bottom as well. There is a little bit of some kind of residue on one page. Measurements: 8” x 5” when closed. 20” x 5” when opened. Other Information: This has been in storage in our basement for many years. It showcases the new train sets released in 1996. It might not be in the best condition, but I hope a Lionel enthusiast somewhere will be able to appreciate having this in their literature library.
