Description: A miniature cedar chest 9" x 4" x 3 1/2" made by Lane Furniture Co. Altavista, VA. These small chests were given out to girls graduating from high school between 1925-2004. It was called the Lane Furniture's Girl Graduate Plan. The graduating girls were given coupons, which they then took to a participating furniture store and were given one of these small cedar chests. Of course it was in hopes that they would then return, when they were getting married to buy a full size chest... Please see photos.......No key.
