Description: Tested and working as shown. Brass is scratched and scuffed on most of it surface and also shown some dark spots from oxidation. Also has some parts where the finish is chipped off as shown in photos 12 and 13. Inside black paint has some chips through it and scratches as well. Could be polished up quite nicely but would give current condition a 6.8/10 or so. No light bulb included just shown for testing purposes. See photos did my best to show condition.
