Piece measures approx. 8" from paws to hind area, but snout sticks out even more, maybe 10" or so total. The piece stands 6 1/2" in height. Base is marked on underside, WIEN, MADE IN AUSTRIA, also there are some incised numbers which seller could not make out (see photo) SELLER can reliably say item is very old, but as to an exact dating, that is unknown, it has been in my possession for 21 years and was purchased from the estate of an old German couple back then CONDITION - No cracks or chips noted, no repairs, will note on one ear there are a few tiny marks to finish, (these are dot-sized at best), cluster of 3, then 3 individual ones, really sounds worse than it is, on underside of base is a label affixed and residue from another label item will be shipped by priority mail with tracking and insurance
