Description: These are three different styles of Japanese Geisha ware individual bowls The first one is appears to be handmade and is a deep bowl measuring 1.75" high and 4.25" in diameter with fluted walls and a smooth edge. It is unmarked. The second is 1.5" high and 5.5" across with wide scalloped walls and a flared rim with an embossed and scallop patterned edge. This also has the gold semicircle rim marks. It is marked 'Japan' The third bowl is 1.25" high and 4.75" across with smooth walls and rim. The patterns are distinctly different garden scenes. It is marked 'Made in Japan'. I don't find any flaws other than minor paint loss which is common. These are from the estate of a collector of Japanese porcelain. I am not a collector and have limited knowledge in this field. Great for nuts and candies. Please Note: I try to describe all of my items as completely and accurately as possible and provide many photos from various angles for your inspection. If you have any questions please ask before purchase as all sales are considered final. All offers will be considered.
