Description: Vintage Italian blue-green glass wide-body CRUET with heavy pontil marks. Excellent condition and clean. Measures 7 1/4 inches with the top by 2 3/4 inches wide. Purchased in Murano, Italy in 1978.Very dense at almost one pound. The bottle has typical hand-blown production flaws such as; waves, dimples, large and small bubbles, heavy pontil marks, pooled glass, raised and recessed pits from popped bubbles, open cuts and color variations. No cracks, chips or stains. I find no post-production flaws on this piece. Light oil stains on bottom of natural cork. The top seals very well.
