The cutter is in good condition considering the age & use of the item. It does show normal wear for a paper cutter. The paper instructions on the back are pretty much gone but you can find them online. The front logo is also pretty worn off. I don’t know much about these so the blade made need sharpened. I gave it a general dusting & wipe down but it could probably use a more in depth cleaning.
