Description: Wow! Here's an interesting older impressionist gouache painting done with a swirling color pallet. Reminds me a little of a very famous impressionist named "Vincent".The subject is a man standing in a field of hay with a pitchfork. There is a signature that looks like it could be "Flint" but I am not certain.(see photos). Condition is good overall except some if the thicker paint in the center light area is flaking off due to age. The painting is framed behind glass and I have not disturbed it. Could be a real important artist, who knows? The visible image size is 13 1/2" x 10 1/2". Overall framed size is 20 3/4" x 17 1/4".
