Vintage Ideal 60's Tiny Thumbelina Doll Approximately 14" A Sweetheart Works

Description: This vintage Ideal 60's Tiny Thumbelina doll is a great find for collectors and enthusiasts alike. With her blonde straight hair, blue eyes, and light complexion, she is a beautiful addition to any doll collection. Measuring approximately 14 inches in length, this sweet doll comes with original and replaced clothing, she works perfectly when wound. Made from vinyl and cloth materials, this Thumbelina doll is an original and licensed Ideal doll OTT-14 from the 1960s. She is a single unit and weighs 1.5 lbs. The doll's packaging is not included, but she is perfect for all occasions and ethics. This Caucasian baby doll is part of the Thumbelina product line and is a must-have for vintage collectors. This doll has been restored by me to continue working for many years to come. I replaced the neck wire with strong cotton twine that will not tear or discolor the fabric that attaches the body to the head. Thumbelina’s original rooted hair has been trimmed by a previous mommy but is still soft, clean and looks terrific. There is a tiny spot on her right cheek, one on her little toe and a discoloration on the fabric on her right arm. She has been resewn at the crotch seam with white thread that I chose to leave as is. The color of her body is the one that is pink, I do not know why there is such a difference in the pictures. Her vintage pink smocked dotted Swiss dress with two snaps at the back is a replacement, original slip has a single snap and her rumba panties are brand new. Vintage white cotton socks and a tiny rattle complete the ensemble. As a gift or an addition to your own collection, she will not disappoint! All items are from my smoke and pet free home.k
