Description: Once upon a time, back in the golden years of Disney's MGM Studios, there was a tiny shop when you first walked through the gates called Sid Cahuenga's One-of-a-Kind Shop. This neat little shop sold nicely framed autographs from all of the old famous movie stars. Through the years I have amassed a large collection of these autographs and have since decided to part with some of my collection. This particular piece is a signed autograph by Norma Shearer. Autograph is framed using professional materials with high quality and costly UV protected glass to prevent fading. Autograph comes with a letter of authenticity from Walt Disney World. The earlier autographs are accompanied with a letter and not a label as the later have. This piece measures 10" high by 8" wide. This piece is very special as it was in the shop sitting on the front counter by check out on opening day of Disney's MGM. At one time Disney was really trying to capitalize on its connection with MGM and Norma Shearer was a perfect fit as she was "The First Lady of MGM" This item was quite costly when purchased from the studios.
