Description: Another treasure from Mom's estate. I'm not sure why she became a glass insulator collector, but these are a small part of her collection. She had 4 Hemingway 42 glass insulators that I am selling individually, 3 blue and 1 clear. The dating info comes from the website Insulators.com. There are no markings on them other than "Hemingway 42" and "Made in USA" so I'm not sure of the exact dating for each one. This line was produced between 1921 and 1950s. 1. Armstrong 42: clear glass. It actually has a light bluish tint to it. In perfect condition. 2. Armstrong 42: aqua blue. I have 2 of these. One is perfect, the other has a chip on the lower collar on the left side (with Hemingway facing toward you - see pic). 3. Armstrong 42: deeper aqua blue (the one on the right in the first picture). The only issue with this one is that there is something screwed inside the insulator (see last pic) and I'm unable to remove it. All are ~4.25" tall and 3.75" wide.
