Description: Vintage heart shaped photo frame charm that is gold tone in color with a textured design surface on both the front and back. It is marked PTL on the inside. It measures approximately 1" across at its widest point and and 1 1/16" tall. The center area that holds the picture is round and it is approximately 11/16" in diameter. There is a hole in the back so you can remove the plastic cover for putting in your photo. Excellent condition, never used. Great item for crafts or to keep your favorite photo in.
