Description: Vintage Handmade Hand-Stitched Red and Black Colorful Floral Festival Dress This dress is hand-stitched with sequins throughout entire dress, beautiful hand made floral designs on waist portion of dress. On the front of the skirt there is flap of fabric stitched with flowers of orange, pink, blue with green leaves, roped sewn as a border. The edge of this flap has some damage as it was not storage the best. Hook and eye enclosures have been deteriorated and need to be replaced before worn.
