Description: Featured here is a hand painted porcelain bell, made and signed by B. Evans in 1964. Upon the bell are painted beautiful blue flowers, with green foliage and a pale yellow hue behind them. The handle is a gold loop, and the clapper rings with a lovely chime. It is signed on the interior of the bell. The edge of the bell is slightly scalloped, with extra little details as well. It’s in great shape, see pictures for closer detail.
