Description: Absolutely gorgeous Japanese blue lusterware teapot, no chips or cracks, beautiful condition. Blue handle, spout, and top with pagoda, trees, birds and a bridge landscape on side. Stamped Made in Japan with Elephant Mark attributed to Tashiro Shoten Ltd. This mark can be dated from the 1920s to 1954 when the company shut down. Teapot measures approximately 4.5 in high, and 7 in wide including spout and handle. Beautiful piece for any collector!
