Description: Welcome to Milkweed Antiques. Perfect for a Halloween party or for a Halloween collector is this vintage, tin litho, Halloween tambourine. It shows two black screech cats by a JOL. It has a mustard yellow background with orange and black detail. It has yellow "clanger discs" on the sides. On the edge it is marked "Kirchoff Newark, N.J. Made in U.S.A." and in a separate place "Kirchoff "Life of the Party" Products". On the back in ink it is marked "25" in a circle. This is the original price. This tambourine has a 6-1/4" diameter. With a sets of discs it has a 6-5/8" diameter. It is 1-1/4" tall. This tambourine is from the 1950s. The rack is not included. It is for display only. This tambourine was loved by a previous owner. There are dents from being tapped as a drum. It is a bit out of the round. There are scuffs and scratches. There are scrapes to the edges. One set of clanger discs are a bit lighter yellow in color.
