Vintage Golden Wheel Lift Arm Lighter Patent # 1537855 Quadruple Plated

Description: In beautiful condition "The Golden Wheel Lighter" marked as patent # 1537855 (I believe but it also could be 1637855) and "other patents pending" and "quadruple plated". I believe this lighter to be from the 1920's. In beautiful condition with an army green leather pebble finish wrap. I have not attempted to fire it up, and don't know much about it, but I believe it is missing a flint. Meausres 4.6" tall and 1.7" wide. The leather is in very nice condition with a few minor scratches, the bottom of the lighter seems to have a bit of corrosion. The unit of the top with the screw that adjusts where the flint land is a little wiggly, there is a slight crack (?) or separating where this unit is attached to the top of the lighter, see last photo as I have circled this area, do not know if it is a point of concern or not.
