Joe ARAH Bullhorn "Intervention Specialist" (v1) Action Figure by Hasbro. Item is in good condition with wear/tear around the figure. All joints are fairly tight on the figure. Item has a new "O" Ring installed. Item is complete and comes with all accessories. Item comes with backpack, rifle, helmet, gas gun, bullhorn, rifle barrel, rifle scope, and rifle stock . A'' accessories are in good condition except for the rifle barrel as it is missing the tip of the gun. All the pieces will make a gun though. Copy Right 1990 COO China.
