Description: Plastirama is an Argentine manufacturer that made G.i.Joe toys under license from Hasbro in the 1980s. This very hard to find foreign release is hereby available to purchase from a US seller, brand new in box. Note that Plastirama used very thin cardstock to make their boxes, and sealed them with cellophane, which would rip and fall off even back in the day when it made it to the original toy store. Plastirama started shrinkwrapping their releases later, learning from their mistakes. In between cellophane and shrink wrap, the toy stores would just use clear plastic bags locally (and Plastirama may have done this at the factory, too. It is unclear). This is such an example. The contents have never been removed, and I have left the plastic wrap alone. I received this item as is from a fellow collector in Argentina during a trip there, whom I know well and trust fully, along with other sets which I have opened and can verify everything was 100% complete inside.
