Description: I purchased this from an estate, and really don't know that much about it. It has "Bailey" and No.5 embossed on it. I have seen a lot of those on ebay listed as Stanley planes. This one, however, clearly has Fulton Tool Co. marked on it. It has patent dates of March 25, 1902, and August 10, 1902 marked on it also. It has obviously been used, and has rust and wear. However, I would say it is in pretty good shape, and don't see any reason that it couldn't be used if desired.
