Description: Vintage French Petit Point Tapastry Needlepoint Hand Bag. Sweet little hand bag with all the vintage vibe, circa 1900’s. Nicely done floral pattern on both sides of the blue back drop. The gusset is accented with a floral garland and cream piping on either side. The hand bag measures 6” from top to bottom and is 7 1/2” across. The chain is 11 1/2”. When holding in hand, it adds another 5 1/2” to the length of purse to the bottom. The single fold frame has great detailing on sides and top. The clasp has two deep blue gems in a bezel setting. The inside has a main compartment with a pocket on each side. The satin fabric is discolored. There is wear to the fabric at the frame connection.
