Description: This unique shade of orange ornament has hand paint folk art design. I believe it is polish but there is not any markings. The metal cap appears to be a bit large and you can see the neck is intact but hand cut at an angle. The folk art is painted with a gold and cream color. Some of it has worn away due to age, use and fragility of the item. Please see photos for condition.
