It is by Galloway Litho Co San Francisco CA MADE IN U.S.A. It is 4 3/8" tall X 2 11/16" wide. The bottom flap is open, having never been used. On the back side is description of flower and planting instructions. This seed packet came from my Grandpa's feed & seed store that was located in Carthage MO. Shipped with USPS First Class.
