It appears to beunused, but I am not 100% certain of that. The included instruction sheet states that there is a small piece of film between the cleaningpads, and it is there. Also, the paper envelope with the pads aresealed and unopened. The original box is a bit of a mess, and theoriginal instruction sheet has a rip and a stain, but still useful.
