Description: Welcome to Milkweed Antiques. This sweet plate of lilacs is enamel on copper. The enamel work was hand done. It was made by Annemarie Davidson from Sierra Madre, California. This enamel plate or plaque has purple flowers with green leaves and brown stems. The background is a shiny copper color. This plate has three felt "feet" on the back to protect the furniture if sitting as decor. On the back it has the intertwined AD which is Annemarie Davidson's mark. It also has a gold foil label that reads "Annemarie Davidson - Handcrafted enamels - Sierra Madre, California". This plate has a 6" diameter. It is from the 1960s. This plate was used. It does not have any nicks or scratches to the enamel. The label shows some wear. Please see my pictures. They help with the description. My price reflects the condition.
