Description: Beautiful vintage all-original Edward Wormley Captain's "Y" chair made by Dunbar ca. 1955. Excellent original condition! It is very sturdy and retains its original brass ferrules.The original caning is in excellent condition as well with only a single 2 inch strip of caning missing (as detailed in the center of the last photo).Its original fabric is in excellent unfaded condition since it was always covered in plastic.The seat foam is still supple. Measures 32" high x 22.5" wide x 23" deep The big "D" Dunbar Berne Indiana metal tag is attached to the bottom.
