Description: this is a gorgeous piece of Mexican sterling jewelry. Five hollow constructed pieces hinged together. Each hollow link has engraved or stamped patterns with applied silver balls; the central link has unique pattern, 2 surrounding links om either side have different patterns. It is stamped on the back of the central link 'Hecho en Mexico, ASM, 925, Cuernavaca' There is a ding on the outer side of the middle link and also on the inside, there is an old tag residue inside. This has not been polished, there is also a safety chain that was added. The tongue in box clasp is secure, this predates the eagle required stamp, so it was made before 1948. the weight is 86g, the width at the widest is 2 1/4" and at the narrowest is 5/8".
