Description: Vintage 700c Shimano Dura-Ace 6-7 Speed Wheel set with Mavic G 40 Clincher Rims with Continental Tires Nice used Vintage Dura-Ace Racing Road bike Wheel Set with tires. Shimano Dura-Ace Hubs laced with 32 stainless steel 14 straight gauge spokes to Mavic 700c G-40 Rims that take clincher tires. I didn't see a part number on the hubs but suspect the hubs are 7400 Series Dura-Ace. The front hub has 100 mm spacing, Rear hub has 128 mm spacing and takes a English standard 1.370" x 24 tpi 6 or 7 speed Freewheels. The Wheels are in real nice shape, Vintage, Used but not abused, spins buttery smooth, precise tension, crisp and true, has some brake surface wear, has Dura-Ace skewers with some scratches, spins smooth, possibly could use little cleaning detailing to be super cherry. What's shown weighs about 5.75 pounds. Comes with 700 x 23c ultra 2000 Continental tires. Comes as Shown. Freewheel Not Included. Plenty of pictures for your inspection.
