Description: Vintage Dunlop "Maxply Fort" wood tennis racquet, old new stock never strung, with original clear wrap on grip. > M5 weight/grip (label on handle near grip) > 27" long; 12" by 9" head (outside); 6 1/2" long grip > Weighs 13.2 oz. > Ivory overlay around lower section of head > Matte/satin finish except semi-gloss on one side of handle (from grip to red bands) > "Maxply Fort" and "Dunlop Fort" decals on one side of the throat, "Dunlop" on the other > Original leather grip with gold "Dunlop" printing; white end cap > Made in England (decal on frame and molded on grip cap). Condition notes: > Racquet is not warped or twisted, and wood has no cracks/splits/chips > Marks and scuffs all around the racquet, including an edge chip in the ivory (see picture) > Grip has faded slightly in the middle (under the wrap) > Some of the head and throat bands are nicked.
