Description: This beautiful cotton 30's dresden plate quilt is all hand pieced and hand quilted, with a colorful petal border.It measures 74" X 76" and is in excellent condition, with a couple of small, faint spots and no wear. The hand quilting is exceptional, with quilting around the piecework and in dense grid, medallion, and other designs in the background, all at an even 10 stitches to the inch. The back is white, the hand stitched binding is lavender, and the batting is thin. The quilt came out of Wabash County, Indiana. The pics just don't do justice to this WELL QUILTED 30's CLASSIC in GREAT CONDITION -- its much more impressive in real life!
