I am not an expert, but based on some experience and research, I think this is a hat probably from the 1950s - but that's an educated guess. The brim measures slightly less than 2 inches from ribbon to edge (see photo). The crown measures right at 4 1/8 inches, as the hat is currently adjusted (see photo). The inside measurement (circumference) is 23 inches. When the brim is flattened, it is 12 inches by `10 1/2 inches. Photos are part of description.
