From Dixie Seal & Stamp Company in Atlanta. Includes pocket notary embosser and black storage case which is also marked Dixie. This embosser is the Master style. Measures 4.5" L x 3.75"I do no know what is on the embosser itself. I did not try to remove because I was not sure how to do so and didn't want to break the item.
