Description: Small 10K yellow gold pin with Masonic symbols: A knight, and shield. The pin is marked on back Registered US Patent Office. On front it has a D, an M and sun (or star) and moon symbols set in blue enamel. There are real seed pearls rimming the shield. It weighs 1.5 grams. The shield is about 1/2 inch high. Demolay is an organization started in the United States in 1919 to promote the well being of boys and young men. It is affiliated with Knights Templar and Freemasons and still active today. This is an older pin, unmarked and tested as at least 10K solid gold, possibly 14K. Photos are greatly enlarged and of the actual item you will receive.
