Can it be a bell that is missing its ringer? I don't see where a ringer would fit andthere dose not seem to be any parts missing. Can you add a stick-on ringer? Though it is not shaped like an epergne, could it be used for one? There are no chips, no cracks, no flea bites. As a seller I do my best to represent the product I am selling.
