Description: VINTAGE CROSS STITCH ART DECO COMPLETED FRAMED 12” X 16” This is a wood framed counted cross stitch work of an art deco style motif. The basic colors are blue, brown and orange hand stitched into a lovely design. The measurement with the oak frame is approx. 12” H x 16” L; the cross-stitch piece is approx. 9.5” H x 13” L. It weighs approx. 2 lbs. before packaging. There are some stains on the fabric behind the glass. The back of the frame is covered in brown paper and has a metal sawtooth picture hanger. This item was purchased from a consignment shop in the early 1980's and then stored from 1985 until the present. All in all, this pretty counted cross stitch piece is in good vintage condition!
