Description: This male Chinese doll was probably made 1920 to 1940. The body is cloth and head is some type of composite. Complexion is dark. The silk clothing is in excellent condition although there is a thin tear in the blue fabric under the gold as seen in photograph. He is 10". The seam or mold line is pronounced across the top of the head, but the hat covers this. There are faint markings on feet that probably say Made in China. His right hand holds beads. A great and more unusual Chinese vintage doll. Thanks for looking.
