Description: Vintage Chinese Canton copper enameled powder box. This lovely powder box is beautifully decorated in a Fleur Noir design with blue, turquoise, yellow and pink flowers surrounded by green leaves on a black ground. The upper body of the piece is decorated with a turquoise cloud pattern that has iron red dots, and the base is decorated in a pastel green asymmetrical pattern. The interior enamel is a pale speckled blue, and the base is enameled white. The box measures 3-3/4" H x 4" W x 4" D. The opening is 2-1/2" wide and 2" deep. A beautiful piece to add to your vanity or boudoir. CONDITION: GREAT VINTAGE CONDITION. THERE IS LIGHT DULLING IN THE ENAMEL AND A FEW SMALL WHITE SCRAPES AND DINGS IN THE BLACK ENAMELD AREAS.
