Description: Vintage Child Welfare Publishers MARINE Stencil Set No. 4 Art Deco rare Evanston For your consideration is this cool vintage stencil set featuring various Marine life in its original box. Based on the art work style of the box, I estimate these are circa 1920s but I have found no other examples on line so can't say if that's correct or if they are actually earlier or later. At any rate, I would say unlikely they are beyond the 1930s. The box size is about 7” long x 6” high. Please see pics of the contents. Each card is 6” x 5”. All but the seahorse have been punched out but some secondary pieces still remain in their cards. There are also some mostly intact Christmas stencils that were included in the box when I found them.
