Has a strap on the top of cap for hanging or holding. (does not appear to be a very long strap) The plastic packaging may have signs of wear, tear, dust/dirt marks in creases, creases and tip bending due to age and storage. Packaging not perfect but this little cheerios kids portable dispenser is.
