Description: Vintage Bulpitt & Sons Ships Cabin Light, Wardroom Bulkhead Oil Lamp Manufactured by Bulpitt & Sons, Birmingham Original, authentic and very collectable Unusual to have not been converted to electricity and the have the original white ceramic flame reflector intact. Dated 1942 and marked to the front, therefore WW2 related. Original burner, which is stamped Bulpitt to the front. Embossed to the chimney front: Bulpitt & Sons Ltd, 1942, Birmingham 41cm high (not including the handle) 20cm wide x 14cm deep approx Good used condition for age and application, with some superficial wear, marks, and tarnishing etc Plus, a dint to the back bottom edge corner and some cracks to the internal vent cap edge.
