Vintage Bulova Caravelle Watch c1970, Running Transistorized, Display Box

Description: For sale is a 1970 Bulova Caravelle 'Transistorized' watch The Case is chrome plated base metal with a stainless steel back, and in fine condition, shows some wear, nicks and scratches; approximately 34mm width not including the crown; caseback is dated M9(1969) and shows some scratches and tool marks. The Crystal is in good condition, clean and clear with light scratches and imperfections. The dial is in clean condition showing some light age and patina, luminous hands and markers; signed Caravelle; working central-seconds hand. The Movement is a Japanese-made 12-Jewel 12OTC, battery-powered transistorized mechanical dated N0(1970), the movement has been non-professionally serviced by me Oct-2024, but it runs with some inconsistency; I did a complete teardown, cleaning, and oiling; I cannot provide any service warranty or guarantee. The Band is a new black leather strap with plain stainless buckle; regular length. Display Box is in fair condition, showing typical age and wear, some color loss and fabric tears, lid functions properly but has a slight gap when closed (maybe due to the thicker strap).
