Description: leather is supple but a crack at the place where it was folded in half. pictured.. one conch is missing, one buckle & strap are missing. One jewel is gone. Looks like there were other decorations on it at one time as there are tiny holes under the eagle, zippers on the pockets work I tried to measure- see photos . furthest out hole is around 34 but seems to feel like a 30-32 fit. marked BUCO Some metal studs around the edge
