A very gracious and knowledgeable fellow eBayer Sent this additional information to me and I provide it here for your information as well This was produced by Mosa (Maastricht), never dated, but easy to ID by the mark. Also, it's not handpainted, but it's a nice transfer. If still interested, the distinctive mark is "n/Delft" and "dec###" which is the model #, but yours is rubbed off. The n/Delft is an attribution to original Delftware, i.e., actually made in Delft. Since Mosa produced in Maastricht, the "n" is for "naar", Dutch for after, as in an attribution to Delft.
