Description: This is a glass Jug made by Blenko Glass in 1941. It is a #417 Moonshine Jug in an outstanding Ruby Red color. It stands 7 1/2" tall and has an applied handle. There is a rough pontil on the base. No chips or cracks. Item is in very good condition with just a couple of scratches from storage on the sides. There are several bubbles and a stone in one side of the glass from manufacture. You can see light wear to the bottom where it has slid on a table. Got to love the red. Perfect for a serious collector or primitive decor.
