Complete with pin & bracket. Tatty, ripped box & instructions. I think it may be faulty as it does not change number when I spun it by hand. No rust. Circa 1940's1 x Metal Lamp bracket arms. Stem fitting and perhaps suited to a 1950's bicycle battery/dynamo lamp. 17cm length, 2cm width. Lamp opening for fitting dimension - 10-12cm.
