The autographs in picture order are of Tony Lupien, Walter Dropo, Jim Piersall, Vern Stephens, Vic Wertz, Joe Coleman, Eddie Pelligrini, George Stirnweiss, Birdie Tebbetts, Sherry Robertson, Mickey Harris, Lefty Smyth, Bob Savage. (another Sherry Robertson), Frank Shea, Johnny Mize, Hoot Evers, Gene Woodling, (another Gene Woodling), Luke Appling. George Myatt, Gus Niarhos, Sam Mele, Bob Swift, Sam Zoldak, Warren Spahn, Allie Clark, and Bob Cousy. Most of the dates when the autograph was received are also there. Most of the autographs were obtained between 1948-1950 when major league barnstormers visited northern New England after the regular season ended. George "Birdie" Tebbetts, a major league catcher (later a manager and baseball executive) led the big leaguers in 1948 and 1949 & Mickey Harris, a pitcher, was the leader in 1950 as the big leaguers played against a local team. George Stirnweiss-In 1945, while playing for the Yankees, he won the American League batting championship. 7. Frank Shea-While pitching for the Yankees in 1947, got the most votes for an American League player but lost the Rookie of the Year award to Jackie Robinson as there was, at the time, only one award for both leagues.8.Johnny Mize - 4 time home run champ; played for the Yankees, Giants, & Cardinals.9.
