Description: 100% complete and 100% original. Great condition. Is not in original packaging but oh my this is so pretty and in really fine condition. The only thing to mention is the loops that go over the buttons. On the top they are both there and in tact but very fragile. The buttons are securely in place. On the skirt on side of the loop has come free and needs to be reattached. The button is secure. The sash is maybe a tad faded. The Francie TM tag is absolute perfect. Very very hard to find in such excellent condition.
