The white coat has flaws such as frays, pink stain on an arm and no button to close it. The bag is made of hard plastic, is fillable and closes correctly. All items have scuff marks and signs of ageing. Not included from the original set is the actual Barbie doll, the stethoscope (to listen to the heartbeat on the baby), 8 bandages, lotion bottle, syringe, clipboard, belt for beeper, and certificate.
