These could be ground/sharpened out. Full beveled edges. Blade firmly attached to wooden handle. No significant damage noted. Markings are clean and very legible on blade "ARNS JOH. PETER" with cross hammers logo and on handle bevel; "Goodell-Pratt Co. GREENFIELD, MASS. MADE IN U.S.A." Some basic research indicates Johann Peter Arns was a tool maker in Germany pre-1920.
