Description: This is a darling child's mug with a nursery rhyme theme. It pictures a little blond girl with a shepherd's crook followed by a pair of lambs. There is another little black sheep on the opposite side of the mug. The graphics are bright, colorful and very cute! There is a gold line around the edge of the cup and down the center of the handle. The cup stands 2-1/4" tall, and is 2-1/4" in diameter. The bottom has an oval marking that reads "ARKLOW, Produced in Republic of Ireland". This stamp was used in the 1980's to 1990's. Arklow Pottery ceased production and closed in 1998. This piece is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. It displays beautifully! Thank you for your interest in my item!
